Spring 5/10 - 6/17 -  $1,550

Summer 6/17-9/6 -  $2,200.00

Fall: 9/6- 10/11 - $1,700.00

Plus 9% Sales Tax






$15.00 Daily charge for each additional person.
No Daily maid service available.

We will be opening earlier in the 2024 season for some room types. Please call for more information.
Check-In is Saturday at 4 pm.
Check-Out is Saturday at 11 am.

This modern vacation home was built in 2003 and features a beautiful, panoramic view of the entire harbor. Here you can watch the boats and ships come and go, lobstering activity, and some truly spectacular sunsets!

Your home-away-from-home features a cheery, contemporary atmosphere with hardwood floors and stylish furnishings. It has a full west-facing balcony where you can relax and watch the activity, and a gas grill is provided for your outdoor cooking and dining enjoyment. Inside, you'll find an HDTV with cable, WiFi, a gas fireplace, and a large bath where you can relax and read the latest novel. 

Capt. Lunt's features a modern full kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds),  living room, dining area and full bathroom.

Activities include a short drive (or 20-minute walk) into downtown Boothbay Harbor for shopping, dining, and boat tours, fishing from our docks, and it's just a ten-minute walk to nearby Barrett Seaside Park for swimming and picnicking. Brown's Wharf Inn and Marina are just 200 feet from your door.
